After much deliberation and designing and testing and redesigning and retesting, I’ve finally decided on how the bolts will be concealed.  From now on, all frames will have the holes for the bolts covered with glued-in wooden plugs.  An added benefit is that assembly of bed frames can now be done with a wrench instead of a socket and ratchet, which is handy for customers who don’t have many tools.

All frames now come to you with their outer (visible) faces sanded.  The finish off of the planer was quite good but now the wood looks even better!
