Our picture frames are very well-made, using wooden splines (a form of loose-tenon joinery) to reinforce the corners. The vast majority of picture frames are reinforced with corrugated metal fasteners or staples, but with our picture frames, it’s all wood, and the reinforcement becomes a part of their beauty. The splines can also be made of the same wood as the rest of the frame.
Picture frames are available in the same domestic woods as bed frames. There are a great many options to choose from, including the edge profile, type of wood for the splines, and different finishes. Frames are all custom-made to the size you need. A very small sample of what we’ve made can be seen below.
